Accommodation
VisitAalborg Convention will be handling all registration and accommodation bookings. You will be able to book a hotel room at particularly attractive rates negotiated for the participants of SEFI when you register online via this website.
All prices are inklusive of VAT and continental breakfast. Prices are stated per room per night. Accommodation and other hotel services must be paid for upon departure from the hotel.
Accommodation can only by secured by a valid credit card number on the credit card link at the online bookingform. You can pay for your room in Aalborg by any other means accepted by the hotel, when you check out.
The below room rates are available only for bookings made through VisitAalborg.

Cancellation of accommodation
Cancellation of hotel reservation, or change of arrival/departure date, must be made in writing to VisitAalborg 48 hrs. prior to the booked arrival date at the latest. If you cancel your hotel booking after this time, or do not arrive for the first night of your booking, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for the first night of your booking with the credit card you used to guarantee the room.
