The registration fee covers for all participants to the SEFI 36th
Annual Conference:
- Participation in the conference
- Proceedings and CD-Rs
- Official Welcome Reception
- Food & Beverages (morning & afternoon breaks and lunch from
Thursday-Saturday)

Method of Payment
Please state your choice of
method in the registration form: credit card or bank transfer.
Please observe that your registration will be finally accepted only
when full registration fee has been received.
Local Currency
The Danish monetary unit is the Danish krone (DKR), divided into 100
ψre. 100 DKK corresponds per 20.06.2007 to 18 USD and 13.43 EUR.
Visa, Eurocard, Diners Club, American Express and MasterCard are
widely accepted credit cards. The organisers recommend a visit to the website
"Travelers Currency Cheat Sheet" at
www.oanda.com/converter for information on the exchange rate for
your own country.
Confirmation
Confirmation of registration and hotel reservation
will be sent by mail to all registered participants.
Cancellation
In case of need to cancel participation, the cancellation
must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat. If
cancellation is received by June 1, 2008
at the latest, your payment minus
70 for administration costs,
will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after
June 1, 2008.
The conference participation is also transferable to another
person who have NOT been registered previously. In that case, please contact the conference secretariat
for new delegate information. |
